摘　　要：通过分析基层班组在执行安全管理体系过程中存在的问题,找出影响基层班组在生产过程中执行安全管理体系的影响因素和解决措施,使员工形成具有高度的自我约束、自我完善、自我激励机制,提高班组安全管理的执行力度。Factors influencing the implementation of QHSE management system by basic-level crew in production are identified by analyzing the problems in the implementation of QHSE management system, and countermeasures are put forward to improve the effectiveness of accident prevention and improvement, establish a highly self-restraint, self-improvement and self-impelled mechanism, enhance the executive force of basic-level crews in QHSE, and promote the sustainable, effective and stable development of QHSE management system, thus realizing the objective of intrinsic safety management and safe production of petrochemical enterprises.
