摘  要:采用CaCO3作为吸收剂,利用单隔板喷射鼓泡实验装置研究了NaClO2作为氧化剂的协同脱硫脱硝效果,并与KMnO4进行了对比.考察了不同试验条件对NO和SO2脱除效率的影响.实验结果表明,同等条件下NaClO2的脱硫脱硝效果优于KMnO4;低pH值有利于NaClO2氧化脱硝,但对于KMnO4氧化脱硝,pH值无明显影响;提高SO2浓度或降低NO浓度均可提高NO脱除效率,NaClO2的氧化脱硝特性较KMnO4显著;提高氧化剂加入量和喷射管浸没深度均可以提高脱硫脱硝效率.Systematic comparative experiments on simultaneous flue gas desulfurization and denitrification were conducted with CaCO3 as the sorbent and with NaClO2 and KMnO4 as oxidants. The influences of different experimental conditions on the removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO were examined. Experimental results show that NaClO2 gives better desulfurization and denitrification results than KMnO4 under the same conditions. Lower pH is beneficial to denitrification oxidized with NaClO2 , but it has no significant impact on denitrification with KMnO4. NO removal efficiency can be improved by increasing SO2 concentration or decreasing NO concentration, more notably for the oxidant NaClO2 than KMnO4. Increasing the feeding amount of oxidant or the depth of jet tubes immersed into the sorbent results in a rise in the removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO.
