摘  要:为计算海上稠油井筒中的热量损失,在基本假设条件下,运用质量传递和热量传递原理对井筒传热过程进行分析,计算井筒总传热系数,并建立了数学模型。把整个井筒划分为等距的微元,在横向上根据能量守恒定律得出计算公式;在纵向上通过积分的方法计算出各个区域的热量损失。实例计算结果显示,根据井底需要的温度可为井口注气参数提供依据,为进一步从技术、经济等角度分析注空气采油井井筒传热奠定了基础。In order to calculate heat loss in offshore heavy oil wells, wellbore heat transfer process has been analyzed by applying the principles of mass transfer and heat transfer with basic assumptions to calculate overall heat transfer coefficient and a mathematical model has been built. In this model, the entire wellbore is divided into isometric micro-units. In lateral direction, a calculation formula is derived according to the law of conservation of energy; in vertical direction, the heat loss of each zone is calculated by integral method. Calculation examples show that steam injection parameters at wellhead can be determined according to the temperature needed at bottom hole, thus providing basis for analysis of wellbore heat transfer in oil wells producing by air injection from a technical and economic point of view.
