基于SWOT分析的上海信息服务业发展策略研究

摘　　要：分析发展信息服务业对上海的重要意义,并从产业环境、规模、结构和组织方面概述上海信息服务业的发展现状;同时,在深入进行SWOT分析的基础上,得出上海发展信息服务业的策略与结论,认为只有抓住浦东先试先行和国际产业转移的契机,扬长避短,错位竞争,选择重点发展领域,采用突破体制性障碍、加强政府信息资源的开发等措施,上海的信息服务业才能形成独特优势,对经济形成有力支撑。This paper analyzes the important significance of developing information service in Shanghai, and summarizes the current situation of information service industry in Shanghai from aspects of industry environment, industry scale, industry structure and industry organization. On the basis of deeply making a SWOT analysis, this paper holds that the development strategies of information service industry in Shanghai are to grasp the opportunities of Pudong special zone in advance and intemational industry transformation, to select the major developing fields, to enhance the development of government information resource, etc. Taking these measares, the information service industry in Shanghai can form a distinctive advantage to give energetic support to economy development.
