摘  要:将4800只1日龄樱桃谷雏鸭随机分成6组,每组800只。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加250、500、750和1000mg/kg盐霉素预混剂,Ⅵ组添加25mg/kg土霉素,试验期为6周,分前、中、后三期进行。结果表明:各处理组成活率均高于Ⅰ组(对照组);2周龄后,添加盐霉素的各组试验鸭平均体重、日增重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<005),其中Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<001),Ⅵ组与Ⅰ组平均体重、日增重差异不显著(P>005)。2周龄后,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅱ组的料重比低于Ⅰ组,全期料重比以Ⅲ组最优,经济效益最佳。说明在肉鸭饲料中添加500mg/kg盐霉素预混剂可获得较好的增重与料重比。ducks(1 day-old) were randomly divided to 6 equal groups.Groups Ⅰ~Ⅵ were supplied to 0,250,500,750 and 1000mg/kg selinomycin premix(contain 10% selinomycin) in basic diet,Group Ⅵ was provided 25mg/kg oxytetracycline.During the experiment period of 6 weeks.Survive rate,body weight,feed consumpation were recorded.The result indicated:the survive rates of all treatment groups were higher than groupⅠ.Supplement with selinomycin in diet could improve body weight of ducks significantly(P<0.05,v.s. groupⅠ),and group Ⅲ got the best effect (P<0.01,v,s. groupⅠ).There was no significant difference in body weight between group Ⅵ and groupⅠ. feed conversions of groupⅡ~Ⅳ were higher than group Ⅰ,and feed conversion of group Ⅲ was the highest in all groups. It seemed that ducks diet with 500mg/kg selinomycin premix could improve body weight and feed conversion.
