摘　　要：本文阐述了房地产的"类金融"营商模式,分析了该模式存在的各种风险及其原因,提出了相应的解决思路。This paper explains the meaning of Real Estate Similar Financial Pattern, and analyzes the various risks and the reasons in this pattern .Based on these, the paper puts forward the corresponding strategy.
