摘　　要：在大量已有研究成果的基础上,对连续出版物出版的标准化进程提出了崭新的见解,并指出了其在连续出版物管理和利用上的作用。This paper has put forward brand-new ideas on the standardization course of serial publication standards on the bases of large quantities of research results, and mentioned its roles in the utilization and management of serials publication.
