摘　　要：党中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用1年半左右时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。目的就是要着力转变不适应、不符合科学发展要求的思想观念,着力解决影响和制约科学发展的突出问题[1]。科学发展观与图书馆工作有内在的关联,图书馆在自身建设中,牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观,坚持以人为本的服务理念,充分发挥图书馆的职能作用,以改革和创新为动力,推动图书馆工作全面协调可持续发展。The CPC Central Committee has decided to use a year and a half to carry out the study of practice the scientific concept of development in the whole party from September 2008. Aim to to fight against to the vision which is not suitable to the scientific view, and to eliminate the blocks in the way of scientific development. There is an interrelationship between the library work and the scientific concept of development, in the construction of the library, we should establish firmly, implement the scientific concept of development all sidely, adhere to people-oriented service concept, use the functions of the library fully, and make the reform and the innovation as the power to promote the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development of the library.
