摘  要:酪蛋白激酶2(casein kinase 2,CK2)是一种高度保守的、在各种真核生物中都广泛存在,并且具有多种生理功能的磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸的激酶。CK2全酶是由两个α催化亚基和两个β调节亚基构成的异源四聚体,但CK2单体也可以独立发挥一定的生理功能。植物CK2多属于多基因家族,目前已经从拟南芥、玉米、水稻、大麦等多种植物中克隆到CK2各亚基的同源基因。CK2是一种典型的多底物蛋白激酶,有上百种底物。CK2对细胞的生存能力来说是至关重要的。深入研究也逐步揭示了CK2在植物光介导的基因表达调控与开花时间控制、生理时钟调控、抗逆相关的信号通路、以及种子胚的发育等过程中发挥重要的生理功能。深入研究植物中CK2参与的具体的信号途径和它的调控机制是理解CK2功能的关键。Casein kinase 2 (CK2) is a highly conserved serin/threonine kinase ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotes. The holoenzyme is a heterotetramer composed of two catalytic suhunits and two regulatory subunits, but mouomeric CK2 subunit also plays some physiological function independently. Recently, different homologous genes have been cloned from Arabidopsis, Maize, rice, barley, and so on. As a typical multifunctional enzyme, CK2 has more than 100 known substrates. CK2 plays key roles in cellular decisions of life and death. CK2 has a vast array of candidate physiological targets. In plant, CK2 has been implicated in critical cellular processes such as the control of light-dependent gene expression, flowering time, and circadian clock, ABA/stress-induced signal pathways, and seed storage. Insight into the roles of CK2 in cell and its regulation mechanisms is important to detect the function of protein kinase CK2 in plants.
