摘　　要：膜脂与膜蛋白的研究是膜生物学研究领域中的重要问题。本文对膜脂的分子组装、膜脂与膜蛋白的相互作用及研究方法作了简要概述,并介绍了脂质体的构建与应用。The study of membrane lipids and membrane proteins is important in the field of membrane biology. Molecule assembly of membrane lipids, interaction between membrane lipids and membrane proteins and research method were summarized in this paper. The construction and application of liposomes were also introduced in the paper.
