摘  要:在水源污染问题和水质标准提高的双重压力下,饮用水水质安全日益受到人们的关注。臭氧—生物活性炭工艺是主要的深度处理技术之一,因其具有技术经济优势,已经在国内外很多地方得到了应用,取得了一批研究和工程应用成果。但是,在运行中也陆续发现了一些新问题,如工艺出水的pH大幅降低、微生物安全性风险增加、微型水生动物过度孳生等水质问题,成为饮用水水质安全的潜在威胁因素。对这几个关键水质问题进行了系统研究和评价,并提出了可行的工程解决措施。Under the stress of water sources pollution and strict water quality standards, drinking water quality safety is attracting more and more attention. Ozone biological activated carbon process, one of the advanced treatment technologies, has been applied widely in China because of its technical and economic advantages. While a lot of research results and engineering experiences have been achieved, some problems appeared in operation, such as sharp decrease of pH, increase of Biological safety risks and excessive growth of aquatic organisms, which are potentially hazardous to drinking water quality safety. Some key problems are investigated and evaluated systematically and some feasible engineering measures are brought forward.
