摘 要:采用气浮—水解酸化—改良氧化沟工艺对造纸废水进行处理。改良型氧化沟采用低压射流曝气,沟中不存在缺氧区和厌氧区,抑制了传统氧化沟中的硝化与反硝化作用,降低了营养盐的投加成本,并可达到更好的CODCr去除率。工程实践表明,在进水CODCr1583mg/L、SS1642mg/L时,出水CODCr和SS均达到《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2001)要求。The process of air floating--hydrolysis acidification--improved oxidation ditch was employed for the waste paper pulp papermaking wastewater. FAS-Jet aeration system was adopted in the improved oxidation ditch and there were no anoxic zone and anaerobic zone in the oxidation ditch, which depressed the nitrification and denitrification reaction in the traditional oxidation ditch,reduced the cost of nutrient salt and achieved higher CODCr removal rate. The engineering practice results showed that the effluent quality could meet the need of Discharge standard of water pollutants for paper industry (GB 3544--2001)when the CODcr and SS in influent was 1 583 mg/L and 1 642 mg/L respectively.
