毛细管胶束电动色谱法测定磺胺类药物

摘　　要：以溴代十六烷基三甲胺为表面活性剂，用毛细管胶束电动色谱法分离了6种磺胺类药物；并对缓冲溶液pH值、表面活性剂浓度对分离的影响作了考察。应用外标法对磺胺类药物复方新诺明和小儿胺的主要成分分别进行了定量测定，磺胺甲恶唑、甲氧苄啶、磺胺脒、磺胺二甲嘧啶的测量精度分别为（以其对标准偏差表示）：1．13％、0．1％、0．3％0．27％。检出限分别为1．23X10-3mg／mL、1．50X10-3mg／mL、1．84X10-3mg／mL、2．50X10-3mg／mL。Six sulphonamide medicines were separated by micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC ) using cetyltrimethylamonium bromid as sufactant. The influence of buffer solution pH values and surfactant concentrations on separtion was investigated Principal components of sulphonamide medicines wer determined quantitatlvely with external standard method. The relative standard deviations are 1. 13%, 0. 1%, 0.3% and 0.27% for sulfamethoxzolom,trimethoprimum, sulphaguanidine and sulfadimidinum, respectively, and the limits of detection are 1. 23 X 10 -3mg/mL,1. 50 x 10-3mg/mL, 1. 84 X 10 -3 mg/mL and 2. 50 X 10-3 mg/mL, respectively.
