摘　　要：介绍了汽缸盖进排气门座内锥面综合检测系统的设计原理;建立了误差计算和处理的数学模型;负梯度法评定误差以及误差计算和评定的服务程序;并介绍了统计质量控制的原理;对测量精度进行了比较评价和统计质量分析。This paper introduces the design principle of the system for comprehensive inspecting the in- ternal concial surface of the cylinder cap gas inlet-outlet seat,estalishes the mathematical model for error calculation and treatment.Error is evaluated by means of negative slope.It also introduces the service pro- pram for error calculating and evaluating,and principle of statistic quality control.Comparafive evaluation of measuring precion and statistic quality analysis are completed as well.
