摘　　要：本文在介绍了极谱隔膜式传感器的测氧原理后，详细分析了传感器影响测量精度的固有缺陷，讨论了解决对策，并叙述了以80C198为核心的高精度微机化极谱式测氧仪的系统设计。After intreducing the working principles of polarographic sensor, this analyzes in a detail way the inherent defects of the sensor chct measuring accuracy and gives corresponding solutions; and finally describes the system design of 8OC198 based polarographic type high-accuracy smart oxygen meter.
