摘 要:从堆肥样中提取腐殖酸,并对其进行表征;以重金属铅为研究对象,考查堆肥腐殖酸对铅离子的吸附情况,研究其吸附机理。结果表明,不同固液比条件下,堆肥腐殖酸对铅离子的吸附都服从Langmiur吸附规律,本实验条件下,1/500为最佳固液比;傅里叶红外检测表明,铅离子主要与腐殖酸中的羧基和酚羟基发生配位键和。The humic acid was obtained from compost, and its characteristics were determined. With the heavy metal lead as the research object, the effect of the adsorption of lead ion on the compost humic acid was studied together with its adsorption mechanism. The results show that the absorption of the lead ion on the compost humic acid is governed by the Langmiur adsorption isotherms, with 1/500 as the best solid-liquid ratio in the experiment. Fourier transform infrared detection of the compost humic acid adsorbed with lead ions shows that the lead ion was mainly coordinated with the carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl group of humic acid.
