摘 要:采用真空压力浸渗法成功制备出低体积分数(3%~35%)SiCp/LY12复合材料,并通过微观结构及力学性能测定,研究了预制件制备工艺对复合材料质量的影响。结果表明,合适的粘结剂及加入量是制备低体积分数SiCp/LY12复合材料的关键。而SiC颗粒含量及分布均匀性对力学性能有较大影响。此外,制备过程不慎造成杂质元素残留在材料内会降低其力学性能。SiCp/LY12 composites with 30% ~35 % volume fraction of particles were fabricated byvaccum pressure infiltration method. It has not been observed that large inclusions and casting defectsexisted in the materials and SiCp distribution was uniform. EDX analysis showed that the organic additives added into preform were almost completely removed from obtained composites. But the segregation of Fe and Na. which were wrapped or left in materials during fabrication, was mostly responsiblefor the low values of tensile strength and failure strain. Through the analysis of SEM, it was also foundthat the non-uniform distribution of SiCp would damage the mechanical properties of the materials
