摘 要:在20℃、300℃和600℃的大气环境下,用销-盘式高温摩擦试验机考察了一种含硫镍基高温自润滑合金(代号A-6G)与1Cr18Ni9Ti、W18Cr4V、TZM、GH4169和HalstelloyC-276合金及自身配副的摩擦磨损行为。试验结果表明,A-6G合金无论与自身还是与其它材料配副,在室温和高温下都具有摩擦系数低,自身及对偶磨损均小的特性,表现出良好的对偶匹配性。尤其,与W18Cr4V和TZM合金配副,具有最佳的摩擦磨损综合性能。与自身配副,也具有较好的摩擦磨损性能。与1Cr18Ni9Ti配副,摩擦系数虽然较高,但对偶双方的磨损都很小。Friction and wear behaviors of a high temperature self-lubricating nickel-based alloycontaining sulphur(A-6G) slid against 1Cr18Ni9Ti, W18Cr4V, TZM, GH4169, Hastelloy C-276 alloysand itself were evaluated with a pin-on-disk high temperature tribometer at 20℃, 300℃ and 600℃ inair. The results indicated that, at both room and high temperatures, low friction coefficient and lowwear rate were achieved when A-6G alloy was rubbed against the selected alloys, especially againstW18Cr4V and TZM alloys. Friction tests also showed that A-6G alloy rubbed against itself materialgave low friction coefficient and low wear rate, while being rubbed against 1Cr18Ni9Ti it exhibited highfriction coefficient but low wear rate
