独活挥发油抗炎、镇痛药理作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察独活挥发油的抗炎、镇痛的作用,为指导临床合理用药和开发新药提供科学依据。方法通过蛋清致大鼠足肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用;通过醋酸扭体法和小鼠热板法观察其镇痛效果。结果独活挥发油高、低剂量可显著抑制蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀,具有良好的抗炎作用;独活挥发油高剂量组可显著减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,镇痛率可达76.8%;独活挥发油对热板所致小鼠疼痛无明显抑制作用。结论独活挥发油具有明显的抗炎作用和镇痛作用。Aim To study the effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic of radix angelicae pubeascentis＇ s volatile oil, in order to offer pharmacological and experimental basis for its safe and effective use in clinic. Methods Feet tumefaction induced by albumen injection was applied in anti-inflammation experiment, and hot board and body distortion induced by acetic acid methods were applied in mice analgesia experiment. Results Both high and low dosage of radix angelicae pubeascentis＇ s volatile oil markedly inhibited feet tumefaction induced by albumen injection. The high dosage decreased the frequency of body distortion induced by acetic acid, the easing pain rate can reach 76.8% and little effect in prolonging the latent period of pain reaction induced by hot board in mice. Conclusion These results suggested that radix angelicae pubeascentis＇ s volatile oil had the effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
