摘 要:当前临床应用的所有生物瓣,包括无支架生物瓣共同致命弱点是易钙化、衰败,不具有生长活性。而随着组织工程技术的发展,组织工程心脏瓣膜的研究逐渐成为心脏外科领域的研究热点之一。在去细胞同种、异种瓣膜支架的基础上构建的组织工程瓣膜,以其具有低免疫原性、无细胞毒性、植入体内后宿主细胞再细胞化程度高、较好的仿生性、耐久性和机械强度,尤其具有生长功能等多方面的优势,而成为未来组织工程心脏瓣膜研究发展的一个重要方向。本文对近年来去细胞组织工程心脏瓣膜的研究进展进行综述,并指出目前研究中所存在的问题。All the currently used bioprosthetic valves, including the non-support bioprosthetic valve have their own defects in anti- calcification, longevity and growth activity. With the development of tissue engineering techniques, the study of tissue-engineered heart valve has gradually become one of the focus about cardiovascular surgery. The acellular tissue engineering heart valves are thought to have many advantages in low immunogenicity, non-cytotoxicity, recellularation, excellent bionics, durability, especially the growth function etc. Therefore, the study of acellular tissue engineering heart valves is becoming the important direction of future development about valves studies. This article reviews the progresses in the study of acellular tissue engineering heart valves, and the existing problems are pointed out in the present study.
