摘  要:本研究以硫、磷、氯极压添加剂为基础,在四球试验机和钻削试验台上,通过正交设计试验找出最佳配比,然后在此基础上,研究了其它化合物对极压添加剂的增效作用,研制成功SC强力切削复合添加剂,该剂按20wt%比例加入到矿油中,可使机油的最大无卡咬负荷提高100%以上,烧结负荷提高200%以上,攻丝扭矩下降约40%.The optimum prescription for extreme pressure additive composite containing sulphur, phosphorus and chloride had been studied on four-ball tester and drilling machine based on the method of orthonormal test design. Based on this, the synergism action of other compounds to the extreme pressure additive composite was evaluated. SC strength cutting additive composite had been successfully explored. Adding 20wt% SC additive composite to mineral oil, anti -scuffing load increased by a factor of 100%, welding load increased by a factor of 200%, taping torque decreased by a factor of -40%.
