摘 要:苜蓿草在压缩过程中的径向力对压缩功耗、压缩后的产品质量以及压缩设备的研制等均有很大影响。为得出苜蓿草在压缩过程中径向力的变化规律,采用电测技术,选择初始密度和压缩速度为试验因素,对苜蓿草径向力进行测试研究,获得了压缩密度、初始密度和压缩速度对苜蓿草径向压缩力的影响规律,并给出了轴向压缩力与径向压缩力的线性关系曲线。结果表明,压缩密度小于50 kg/m3时,压缩速度和初始密度对径向压缩力影响较小;压缩密度大于50 kg/m3时,试验因素对径向压缩力影响较大。对于同一压缩密度,径向压缩力随初始密度的增大而增大,随压缩速度的增大而减小。The radial compression force situations of alfalfa have great effect to the energy for compressing process, the manufacture of compressing equipments and the quality of alfalfa products. In order to find out the radial force situations, they were measured by using electric measurement technology under different initial densities and different compressing velocities. The rules of compressing density, initial density and compressing velocity influence on the radial compressing force were found out. At the same time, the alfalfa was relatively easy to curve under axial compressing force and radial compressing force. It is found that these factors are the essentials in the design and application of compressing equipments.
