对我国体育科技工作若干问题的思考

摘　　要：归纳概述了改革开放30年中国体育科技事业所取得的成就,根据我国体育工作的发展要求,确定了体育科技工作指导方针,建立了科学合理的体育科技管理体制和运行机制,完善了体育科技基本设施建设,在群众体育和竞技体育研究中取得了一批有特色的高水平研究成果。思考了体育创新、体育科技为运动实践服务、体育科技工作布局等若干事关体育科技发展战略的重要问题。提出了加强全民健身科学研究、运动项目规律研究、优秀运动员个体特征研究、青少年运动员选拔与培养、运动员伤病防治等若干制约体育事业发展而又亟待解决的重要科技问题的思路与建议。This paper gives a brief account of the major achievements made in sport science and technology of China since China＇s reform and opening up to the outside world 30 years ago. The past 30 years have seen not only guidelines worked out for sport science and technology of China in accordance with China＇s sport development, but also scientific and rational management systems and operating mechanisms established for sport science and technology. In addition, basic facilities for sport science and technology have greatly improved, and top-level research findings with distinctive features have been obtained on both athletic sports and sport for all. Moreover, various issues regarding the development strategies of sport science and technology are taken into serious consideration, such as the ways in which sport innovation and sport science and technology serves for practical sports, and ways in which a rationally distributed sport science and technology system should be set up. Finally, ideas and suggestions are offered for important problems constraining sport development and, therefore, demanding prompt solution in sport science and technology. It is suggested that more efforts be contributed to the scientific studies involving sport for all, the regular rules of different sport events, the specific characteristics of elite athletes, the selecting and training of teen-aged athletes, and the injury prevention and treatment in athletes.
