陕西省居民体育消费统计指标体系及相关指标体系研究

摘　　要：在大量阅读和梳理中外相关研究文献的基础上,初步提出了一个居民体育消费统计指标体系,通过三轮专家问卷调查,吸取了专家们的许多意见和建议,对指标体系不断进行修改和完善,通过因子分析进一步检验了指标体系,并最终确立了包括体育消费统计指标体系及体育消费相关指标体系在内的一整套统计体系,前者包括体育健身活动支出、观赏体育竞赛表演支出、体育用品及体育信息支出、体育消费时间4个一级指标、19个二级指标以及众多三级指标。后者包括9个一级指标、24个二级指标。其中体育消费统计指标体系已经被国家统计局陕西省调查总队以《关于开展陕西城乡居民体育消费调查的通知》(陕调字[2007]134号)的形式将该项工作布置到各(市、县)区调查队开展调查。目前,这套体育消费统计指标体系已经在陕西省10个市区50个县、区4 100户城乡居民家庭开始了为期一年的记账统计调查。通过近一年的调查汇总结果来看,这套方法指标设置直观、易于实施、便于操作,适合我国体育消费统计。调查结果对推动陕西经济及和谐社会建设有重要的应用价值,对于掌握居民消费行为,研究居民心理具有重要价值,对于引导企业生产体育消费品具有重要的参考价值。Based on Chinese and foreign related research literature massively, this paper proposed initially township dwellers＇ statistical index system of sports consumption. Through three round expert questionnaire survey, and after absorbed expert＇s opinions and suggestions, this article makes the revision and the consummation unceasingly to the index system, further revised the index system through the factor analysis, and has established finally expends the index of correlation system＇s one whole set statistics system including the sports consumption system of statistical indexes and the sports. The former including sports building activities disbursement, ornamental sports competition performance disbursement, sporting goods and sports information disbursement, sports consumption time four first-level indexes, 19 second-level indexes as well as numerous third-level indexes. The latter includes,9 first-level indexes, 24 second-level indexes. And the sports consumption system of statistical indexes were already developed by the State Statistical Bureau Shaanxi Province investigation unit ＂Shaanxi City and countryside Resident Sports Consumption Investigation Notice＂ （Shaanxi moves the character [2007] 134 number） the form to arrange this work to various cities county area investigation team to develop the investigation. At present, this set of statistic index system of sports consumption start one year in 4100 cities and countryside families, in 10 urban districts, and 50 counties in Shaanxi province to keep accounts of the statistical survey. From the summary of this year＇ s investigation, the indexes of this set of methods are set directly and easily to operate. It is feasible for the sports consumption statistics in our country. The survey result for impelling Shaanxi economical and the harmonious social construction has the important application value, regarding grasps the resident consumer behavior, studies the resident psychology to have the important value, produces the sports consumable regarding
