摘　　要：系统介绍第三方数字资源长期保存模式Portico提出的历史背景与发展现状,从机构组织、经费来源、内容保存方式三个方面分析其经营模式,探讨其采取的各种措施,进而分析该项目在保存费用确定及合作机制等方面存在的问题,为我国数字资源长期保存活动的开展提供实践依据。Portico, the third-party mode of digital preservation, has many characteristics in balancing the interests of libraries and publishers. This paper introduces the history and the status quo, business mode and the problems faced of Portico and probes the measures it takes, in order to provide the basis of practices for China＇ s long-term preservation of digital resources.
