摘　　要：文中提出了一种基于LonWorks的数据采集系统的节点设计方案,给出了硬件框图和软件设计。该采集节点以中小型服装企业的自动化生产管理为应用背景,用单片机作为主控制器对工人的生产情况、出勤情况进行采集,并完成相应的生产查询、生产调度等操作,PL3120作为通信协处理器完成与上位机系统的数据交换。设计中单片机和PL3120以SPI方式完成通信。This paper proposes a design about node with data collection system and gives the charts of hardware and the design of software based on LonWorks.The system is under the background of automation in Apparel Enterprises, it collectes the information on working and aecomplishs the operations on production with SCM. PL3120 converts the data to the PC .In this design, the communications between the SCM and PL3120 with SPI mode.
