摘 要:以1对近等基因系及其亲本为材料,研究了直立穗型基因对水稻源、库、流及相关性状的影响,结果表明:带有直立穗基因的水稻品种与不带直立穗基因的品种产量差异显著,亲本之间辽粳5号产量显著大于丰锦,近等基因系间带有直立穗型基因的品种显著大于不带直立穗基因的品种。带有直立穗型基因的品种库容量大,干物质生产能力强,流畅,茎秆的干物质输出率和转换率高,另外直立穗型基因除了使穗型直立外,还具有使穗长变短、叶型直立,进而使群体的环境条件优越,产量较高。Using near -isogenic lines and their parents as materials, the effects of erect panicle gene on source, sink, transportation and its related traits were studied. The results indicated that the yield of varieties with erect panicle gene were significantly higher than that of varieties without erect panicle gene. Compared with that of varieties without erect panicle gene, the varieties with erect panicle gene had bigger sink, higher dry matter productivity and fluent transportation system, as well as higher translocation and exportation rate of its stem and sheath. Besides of erecting panicle, erect gene had the functions that had the panicle shorten and the leaves erect, thereby the rice population environment was improved and the yield was higher.
