摘 要:为了验证引信球转子理论分析的正确性,采用由激光打标机对旋转状态下转正运动过程中的引信球转子表面打标痕的方法设计了一种研究球转子运动的试验,测定了5种力学参数球转子的运动轨迹。试验和理论分析结果均表明球转子相对于其腔室的运动轨迹为空间螺旋线,球转子的解除保险运动受初始进动角、转动惯量差异及质心位置影响很大。通过减小球转子与其腔室之间的滑动摩擦将增长球转子的运动轨迹并减小动态平衡角,而加大球转子质心偏心会增大球转子的动态平衡角。In order to validate whether the theory analysis for fuze ball rotor is right, an experiment to research the rotation of fuze ball rotors is designed by marking on the fuze ball rotor surface with laser marking system, and the traces of five kinds of fuze ball rotors with different dynamics parame- ters are measured by this method. The results of tests and theoretical analysis show that the trace of fuze ball rotors within the spherical chamber is a three-dimensional spirality. The rotation of fuze ball rotor is affected by the original procession angle, the differences among moments of inertia and the location of center of mass. Decreasing the sliding friction between ball rotor and spherical cham- ber can extend the traces of fuze ball rotors and reduce the dynamically balanced angles. Enlarging the mass eccentricity of ball rotors can increase the dynamically balanced angles of ball rotors.
