摘  要:通过化学还原法制备FePt纳米颗粒,研究热处理前后其磁性能的变化.XRD及TEM分析表明,所制备的FePt纳米颗粒为fcc结构,颗粒为类球形且分散性较好,尺寸约为5.0 nm,热处理使FePt纳米颗粒从无序的fcc相变成有序的fct结构.VSM显示所制备FePt纳米颗粒的矫顽力为零,呈现超顺磁性,500℃高温退火处理后矫顽力可达1/(2π)×106A/m.FePt nanoparticles were prepared by using chemical reduction method. The effect of annealing treatment on the magnetic properties of FePt was investigated. The results of XRD and TEM confirmed that the as-synthesized FePt nanoparticles were of fcc structure and changed into fct structure after annealing at 500℃ for 30min, and most of the particles were mono-dispersion with a size of around 5.0 nm and spherical in shape. VSM investigation indicated that the as-synthesized FePt nanoparticles were superparamagnetic while the annealing treatment at 500℃ for 30min made its coercivity as high as 1/(2π)× 10^6 A/m.
