摘　　要：湖南乡村文化景观资源数量丰富、类型齐全、品味较高、底蕴深厚、乡土气息浓郁、综合效益显著。按照外延性和内涵性相结合的原则,综合运用专家打分、决策优选、RELEASE评价法等对其进行定量评价,提出合理布置景观形象、保持乡土特色、优化经营管理等措施;并运用层次分析法,建立数学模型,指出应重点注意创新开发方式、加强农民资源保护意识培养等优化资源配置的方法。The countryside cultural landscape resources of Hunan have the characteristics of abundance in quality; complete in types; lofty in tastes; run deep in culture; dense in countryside flatus; and notable in integrate benefits. According to the principal of combining the extension and intention natures to exploiting and using them, integrate exerting consults scouting, take the better strategy, and release evaluating methods to colligate evaluate them, some measures of exploiting and using the countryside cultural resources of Hunan are bought forwards： distributing landscape image reasonably, keeping the countryside characteristics, perfecting the managing methods etc. According to the math- analyzing method, some ways of optimizing the allocation of resources as innovating the exploiting methods, enhance advertisements should pay more attention to. Which will benefit for quicken realizing the aim of production developing, life ample, country custom civilizing, country appearances tidiness and managing democratic.
