摘  要:大多数火电厂入厂煤与入炉煤之间存在热值差偏大的现象。文中比较分析了入厂煤不同采样方式和不同采样位置煤样的化验结果,并从全水分、煤场储存以及热值差统计等方面入手分析热值差产生的原因,其中入厂煤采样是造成热值差的主要因素;提出了优化采样方案等减少热值差的改进措施。The caloric difference between coal of entering factory and of entering furnace is obviously existed in most fossil-fired power plants. Different sampling methods and different sampling locations that influenced the caloric difference were compared and analyzed. Total moisture, coal storage, and statistics of calorie difference were also considered. It was concluded that sampiing of coal of entering factory was the main reason that caused the calorie difference and improved measures including optimum sampling methods and others were proposed to reduce the difference.
