摘 要:目的比较溴鼠灵毒饵和溴敌隆毒饵现场灭鼠效果,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,计算较正灭鼠率。结果现场较正灭鼠率,溴鼠灵为85.9%,溴敌隆为71.5%。结论2种抗凝血灭鼠剂均具有很好的现场杀灭效果,但是溴鼠灵效果更好,可以用于铜陵地区灭鼠。Objective To compare the field deratization effects of Brodifacoum on rodent, and provide scientific data for deratization in Tongling city. Methods Using the power trace method to determine the field rat density and calculate the deratization effect. Results The field corrected deratization rate was 85.9% for Brodifacoum and 71.5% for Bromadiolone. Conclusion Both baits have good field deratization effects, but the deratization effect of Brodifacomn is better than Bromadiolone and it could be used in Tongling area.
