新时期制约少数民族大学生和谐发展的原因及其对策分析

摘　　要：当前少数民族大学生和谐发展的影响因素有大学生个人、家庭教育、学校文化和社会环境等。要促进少数民族大学生的和谐发展,一要进一步解放思想,加强民族精神教育,增强少数民族大学生的竞争与开放意识;二要坚持以学生为本,加强对少数民族大学生的人文关怀教育;三要建立和完善少数民族大学生的各项救助机制和工作体系;四要建立并完善"家庭—学校—社会—自我"为一体的长效的合力育人机制。Presently, the causes to affect the harmonious development of the minorities＇ undergraduates are mainly the individuals, the family education, the university culture, and the social environment and so on. There are several measures to promote their harmonious development： firstly, to further liberate their ideology, reinforce the education of the national spirit, and increase their sense of competition and opening-up; secondly, to insist on student-oriented principle, and strengthen the education of humanist care to them; thirdly.
