摘 要:目的探索新金属器械的清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法选取840件新金属器械,按类别平均分为观察组和对照组各420件,观察组:先用石蜡油湿润2h后用手工刷洗后,再用碱性清洗液以超声清洗机清洗;对照组:碱性清洗液清洗(手工刷洗配合超声清洗机清洗),两组器械分别经过漂洗-润滑-烘干后进行清洗效果对比。结果两组弯盆、止血钳、剪刀、镊子筒、持针器、开口器清洁合格率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石蜡油预处理新金属器械效果显著。Objective Explore the cleaning method of new metal appliances and improve cleaning quality. Methods Choose 840 new metal appliances and divide them into two average groups, observing group and comparing group according to different types. First make new metal appliances moist with paraffin oil for 2 hours, then wash them by hand, after that clean them with alkali cleaning liquid by supersonic cleaning machine. Comparing group: clean them with alkali cleaning liquid ( washing by hand cooperates with cleaning by supersonic cleaning machine ), and compare the cleaning effects of two groups of appliances after cleaning, lubricating and drying. Results The cleaning quality of observing group is obviously higher than that of comparing group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of cleaning quality is remarkable when new metal appliances is pretreated with paraffin oil.
