劳动力分布的地区差距及其收敛性分析——以福建省为例

摘　　要：文章从福建省劳动力的地理分布状况及其动态演化特征的分析中,看出福建省劳动力分布的地区集聚现象明显。对劳动力分布地区差距的σ收敛,β收敛和俱乐部收敛进行检验,发现:1990-1997年,福建省整体、闽东、闽西、闽南、闽北地区劳动力分布差距"波动"增加,1998-2004年差距逐步缩小,1990-2004年福建省整体劳动力分布地区差距不存在σ收敛,β收敛,但存在明显的俱乐部收敛特征。究其原因,主要是地区经济水平、地区经济发展禀赋以及受政府政策、体制影响的不同。提出了构建社会协调发展的宏、微观环境,加强基础设施建设,加大培植本土主导企业的政策建议。Firstly, deriving from the analysis of the geographic distribution of labor and its dynamic evolutionary characters, we find the agglomeration trend for labor in Fujian province. Secondly, as the test, test and club test show, during the period of 1990 - 1997, the disparity of the labor distribution of the general level, the eastern, the western, the southern, the northern part in Fujian province increasingly multiplies. During the period of 1998 - 2004, such disparity has gradually narrowed. During the period of 1990 - 2004, convergence and convergence, generally speaking, have not occurred in Fujian province, hut obvious club convergence phenomenon has exhibited. It is mainly because of regional economic level, regional economic conditions, and government policies. At last, we put forward some suggestions such as establishing harmonious macro and micro atmosphere, enhancing infrastructure construction, and cultivating major corporations.
