观赏灵芝和食用灵芝的研究现状及发展前景

摘　　要：灵芝按用途可分为3类:药用灵芝、食用灵芝和观赏灵芝.灵芝除了具有较高的医疗价值外,灵芝的食用、观赏性价值也越来越引起人们的重视.根据灵芝各品种的不同特性,可选择不同类型的品种来做盆栽灵芝,通过不同处理展现良好的造型,从而达到观赏效果.灵芝产品也不再局限于药品,而更多地进入了食品、饮料等行业.而集观赏、食用和绿化、美化环境为一体的灵芝的问世,更符合人们对营养、保健、观赏等多方面的需求,备受广大消费者的青睐,市场潜力巨大.Lucidum can be divided into three kinds in terms of uses： medicinal lucidum, edible lucidum and ornamental lucidum. In addition to higher medical value, ganoderic food and ornamental value has been paid increasing attention. According to the different characteristics of all varieties of lucidum, we can choose different species to make potted lucidum. By various processing, potted lucidum can show good shape, thereby achieve the ornamental value. Lucidum products are not only drugs and lots of lucidum products have come into food and beverage industries. Lueidum, collecting ornamental, food and afforestation and beautification circumstance as one, is well adapted to the needs of nutrition, health and ornament of people now. So it is favored by consumers and its market has great potential.
