德州市德城区城市用地的空间变动研究

摘　　要：德城区近年来在城市用地总量和人均水平快速增长的同时,土地利用类型变得越来越丰富,城市功能更加完善.文章阐述了德城区城市用地的结构、空间变动的特征,分析了德城区城市用地扩张过程中出现的主要问题,并在此基础上进一步提出了整改措施.IWith the development of the usage of urban lands use in the Decheng district and per capital level of rapid growth in recent years, the types of land use are becoming increasingly rich. The urban functions become more complete. This article explains the structure of urban lands use structure in Decheng district and the characteristics of the space change. Based on the questions during the course of urban land use growth, this essay puts forward some rectification measures.
