摘　　要：本文提出了自主新闻发布会的界定、类型,对自主新闻发布会开放、权威、亲民、时效的特点,自主新闻发布会的作用进行了论述,并对如何健全自助新闻发布会提出了建设性的意见。This paper points out the definition, categories and influence of the independent press conference, and analyzes its characteristics of opening, authority, being intimate with the people and effectiveness. The paper also puts forward constructive suggestions to improve the independent press conference.
