摘　　要：本研究结果表明,甘薯、薯蓣和魔芋叶片的SPAD值与其叶绿素含量的相关性均呈极显著的正相关关系,可用SPAD值来反映叶绿素含量,为快速、简便和非破坏预测叶绿素含量提供了一种新的方法。There was a high significant positive correlation between the SPAD value and chlorophyll content in leaves of sweet potato, dioscoroa and konjaku,so the method of chlorophyll content detection that the chlorophyll content was measured by SPAD value was new, quick, simple and harmless to the chlorophyll content.
