摘 要:本研究用筛选出的强致病性花叶病病毒分离物(SrMV-HH1)对国家甘蔗种质资源圃保存的22份优良育种材料、10个已鉴评甘蔗品种共32份优良品种材料,采用甘蔗生长期切茎接种法进行抗花叶病鉴定与评价。结果表明,1级免疫材料11份(34.38%),2级高抗材料1份(3.13%),3级中抗材料6份(18.75%),4级感病材料4份(12.5%),5级高感材料10份(31.25%)。The resistance of 22 fine sugarcane varieties and 10 evaluated sugarcane varieties to the mosaic virus was identified by the way that the stem in the growing stage was injected into SrMV-HH1. The results showed that 11 samples were the first grade immune varieties, 1 sample was the second grade highly resistant variety ,6 samples were the third grade middle resistant varieties ,4 samples were the forth grade susceptible varieties and 10 samples were the fifth grade high susceptible varieties.
