川西高原蘑菇菌株遗传差异的酯酶同工酶分析

摘　　要：对川西高原113个蘑菇菌株进行了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明,基于酯酶同工酶的遗传相似性聚类图,在相似系数0.5的水平上,可划分为5大类群,菌株间遗传差异与菌株采集地理位置差异相关性不强。113 Agaricus campestris strains from western Sichuan plateau were used to test the genetic diversity with esterase isoenzyme. Resuits showed that 113 strains were clustered into five groups at similarity coefficient of 0.6, and indicated there was not significant correlation between strains＇ genetic distance and those origins＇ difference.
