摘  要:采用随机抽样和镜检虫体法,调查了3个养鸽场和2个市场上的鸽毛滴虫病,在17000只肉鸽中,随机抽查1980只,鸽毛滴虫病感染率为75.12%,感染率的范围为34.44%-94.00%;信鸽50只,毛滴虫病的感染率为0%。为探索鸽毛滴虫的保存方法,就保存温度、保存液种类、保存液的pH值、保存液中的鸽毛滴虫密度、冷冻保护剂等对鸽毛滴虫的影响进行了测定,结果表明,保存溶液为生理盐水或pH7.2的PBS液、温度为28℃左右、溶液pH为7.2、保存液中的鸽毛滴虫密度为显微镜以10×40倍下每个视野50个-200个虫体为佳。The epidemic situations of Trichomonas columbae disease at 3 pigeon farms were investigated using the method of examining worm under microscope. A total number of 2030 pigeons randomLy selected from 17 000 were examined. The results showed the infective rate was 75.12 % and the range of infective rate were 34.44 % - 94.00 % at the 3 pigeon farms in Sichuan province. To obtain a in vitro preservative method, temperature, kind and pH of preservative liquid, density of T. columbae body in liquid and coolant affecting the parasite were measured . The results were that the in vitro preservative condition of T. columbae was the solution of 0.9 % sodium chloride or pH7.2 PBS, the temperature of about 28℃, the pH of 7.2 and the density of T. columbae body in liquid of 50 -200 bodies per field of microscope with 10 ×40 times.
