摘 要:对3种气候类型、3种养殖方式繁养胭脂虫的胭脂虫蜡(CW)进行测定研究,结果表明:温室、遮荫棚养殖的胭脂虫较好;不同气候类型、收虫季节的胭脂虫蜡无显著性差异;不同养殖方式、胭脂虫级别的胭脂虫蜡呈极显著性差异,4级与其它3个级别的胭脂虫蜡呈显著性差异;初步提出在南亚热带气候以温室和遮荫棚繁养胭脂虫,中亚热带和北亚热带以温室繁养为宜。The cochineal wax(CW) of cochineal insects bred by three climate types and three bred methods was studied. The results showed thai the CW content of cochineal insects under the greenhouse and the shade was higher. There was no significant difference in CW of cochineal insects derived from different cultivation areas and harvest seasons. Nevertheless, there was highly significant difference in CW of cochineal inseets derived from different cultivation methods and cochineal insects'elasses and there was significant difference in CW of cochineal insect derived from 4th class and other temate classes. Moreover, the cochineal insect was suitable for the greenhouse and shaded shed in the south subtropical ,but the cochineal insect was only suitable for the greenhouse in the middle subtropical and the north subtropical.
