摘　　要：对我国独立学院相关政策法规沿革进行梳理以及对独立学院发展中的未解难题进行剖析,提出未来我国独立学院进一步规范化发展的三个基本方向:真正独立发展,形成办学特色品牌和扩大办学声誉影响。Firstly,the paper introduces the development of the policy and law regulation of independent colleges in China,and analyzes the unsolved issues in the development of independent colleges.Moreover,the paper sets forth three directions of standardized development for the independent colleges in China: truly independent development,formation of special characteristics,and good reputation.
