可聚合乳化剂在粘合剂合成中的应用

摘　　要：以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯及自制的可聚合乳化剂为原料,采用无皂乳液聚合方法合成了粘合剂,分析了可聚合乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、聚合温度及固含量对乳液性能的影响。应用性能测试结果表明,采用该粘合剂的涂料印花织物色牢度良好。The adhesive latex is synthesized using styrene, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and emulsifierable copolymerization monomer with the method of emulsifier free emulsion polymerization in this paper. The influences of the various factors such as the amount of the emulsifierable copolymerization monomer and initiator, polymerization temperature, the solid content on the properties of the adhesive latex are analyzed. The application property test showes that pigment printed fabric with the adhesive latex has good color-fastness.
