集群内企业竞争力指标体系构建与评价——以温州打火机产业集群为例

摘　　要：从企业内部情况、外部联系和创新3个方面建立集群内企业竞争力指标体系,以问卷和访谈形式对21家温州打火机产业集群中的整装企业进行实地调查,获得相应数据。通过相应的计量方法,得到温州打火机企业竞争力排名、各指标权重和企业分类,分析并提出对集群中企业的建议:首先,企业间需要通过专业化分工来对价值链进行重组和增值;其次,企业应加强与银行的联系、保持自身的不断学习,并增加在研发创新等方面的投入;最后,企业要充分利用电子商务平台,实现有形网络与虚拟网络交易的互动发展。The thesis builds enterprise competitiveness index system in cluster in terms of internal situation, external links and innovation through questionnaires and interviews with 21 Wenzhou lighter enterprises, and acquires data from it. By way of appropriate measurement methods, it gets Wenzhou lighter enterprise competitiveness ranking, index weight and enterprise category. And the suggestions to the enterprises in cluster are as follows, firstly, they need to recombine and appreciate to the value chain through specialized division of labor; Secondly, they should strengthen connections with hanks, keep on learning and increase input in researching and innovating etc. ; Finally, they should make full use of e-commerce platform to realize the interactive development of physical network and virtual network.
