摘 要:锌电解过程中,在不同电流密度条件下合理控制电解液的酸锌比能有效地降低能耗。为适应电力部门分时计价政策,国内某锌冶炼企业采用分时供电技术,导致生产过程中电流密度变化频繁且波动范围大,电解液酸锌比控制难度大。基于锌电解过程工艺特点和长期积累的专家经验对电解液酸锌比进行控制。实际运行结果表明:电流密度稳定时,专家系统能够控制酸锌比在目标范围内且波动小;电流密度切换后,专家系统能够快速平稳地控制酸锌比到目标范围内;降低了生产过程中的能耗。The energy consumption can be reduced if ratio of acid to zinc is controlled reasonably in zinc electrolysis process under the condition of different current density. According to time-sharing price counting policy of electric power,time-sharing power supply scheme is used in a smelting corporation of zinc which leads to the current density change frequently and widely,so it is hard to control ratio of acid to zinc. Based on the feature and experts'experience a flow expert control system for zinc electrolysis process is applied in this paper. The practice results shows ratio of acid to zinc can be controlled into desired ranges with little fluctuation when current density keeps steady, while it also can be controlled swiftly and steadily to target ranges when current density switches,and energy consumption is reduced.
