摘  要:主要研究了磷石膏水洗的工艺条件,如温度、液固比、水洗次数等因素对磷石膏中水溶性P2O5含量的影响,确定最佳工艺参数为:水洗温度为室温,液固比为31,洗涤次数为3次。设计了3次循环洗涤工艺路线,在该工艺条件下,磷石膏中水溶性P2O5洗出率约为95%,洗涤后水溶性P2O5质量分数降至0.1%以下。The main study is the process conditions for washing phosphogypsum with water, such as the temperature, liquid-solid ratio, times of water washing and other factors which affect the watersoluble P2O5 content in the phosphogypsum, and the optimal process parameters are ascertained to be: water washing at room temperature, liquid-solid ratio at 3 :1, and washing three times. A three-time cyclic washing process route has been designed, and under the process conditions about 95% of watersoluble P2O5 are washed off from the phosphogypsum, and after washing the mass fraction of water-sol- uble P2O5 lowers to below 0. 1%.
