摘　　要：WCDMA能为未来的信息系统提供业务平台,WCDMA将代表当前大多数移动网络基础设施自然演进的趋势。首先分析了业务质量要求和分组交换业务要求,给出了链路预算的参考模板,最后对上行和下行覆盖范围以及蜂窝容量规划方法进行了深入的研究。In the evolution of networks, technology will no longer be perceived as an issue but as the driver for innovation and service variety and differentiation. WCDMA is becoming a majority of mobile network infrastructures. In this paper, we analyze the service quality requirements and packet-switched service requirements. Furthermore, we present the reference template for link budget. In conclusion, we research into the methods for planning UpLink （UL） and DownLink （DL） coverage and cellular capacity.
