摘  要:本文采用共沉淀法合成了SiO_3^(2-)柱撑含Cu类水滑石(Cu-HTLcs-SiO3),XRD、FT-IR、TEM表征结果表明,可将阴离子SiO_3^(2-)引入含Cu类水滑石插层,并且使得水滑石层板间距有明显增大。苯酚/H2O2催化羟基化反应为探针反应的结果表明,Cu-HTLcs-SiO3的催化性能优于Cu-HTLcs-CO3。本文同时对含Cu量为22%(摩尔分数)的Cu-HTLcs-SiO3催化苯酚羟基化的反应条件进行了优化,得到其适宜反应条件为:反应温度70℃,催化剂用量0.2g/L、苯酚/H2O2比4、反应溶剂20mL体积比为0.8~1.2的乙腈水溶液。在适宜的反应条件下,苯酚转化率和H2O2有效利用率分别可达18.5%和74%。The SiO2-3-pillared Cu-containing hydrotalcites(Cu-HTLcs-SiO3) were synthesized by co-precipitation method,and characterized by XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The results showed that SiO2-3 anions had intercalated into the interlayer of copper-containing hydrotalcites,leading to a large interlayer space.The catalytic properties of Cu-HTLcs-SiO3 were certified to be better than those of Cu-HTLcs-CO3 in phenol hydroxylation with H2O2.Moreover,the effects of the reaction conditions on the catalytic properties Cu-HTLcs-SiO3 with a Cu content of 22 mol% in the phenol hydroxylation with H2O2 were also investigated in details.The results indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were reaction temperature of 70℃,catalyst amount 0.2g/L,phenol/H2O2=4,20mL mixture solvent containing water and acetonitrile with a volume ratio of 0.8~1.2,resulting in a high phenol conversion and H2O2 utilization being about 18.5% and 74%,respectively.
